Community clubs, cafeteria, swimming pool, recreation center, gymnasium, outdoor recreation fields, gas station, post office, chapel, theater, gas station, elementary school
Transfer ceremony for both Forts Davis and Gulick held September 30, 1995

USE BY PANAMA:
 
Fort Davis was renamed Jose Dominador Bazan Residential Area by Panama.
Export Processing Zone established at Fort Davis with Chinese firms beginning in 1997 for manufacturing and exporting small appliances (such as refrigerators, televisions, air conditioners, and plastic and wood products). 
Existing housing units sold through public auction and barracks transformed to apartment buildings.
Technological University of Colon (buildings 70, 233, 234, and 235).
A ready-reaction force belonging to Panama's Institutional Protection Service (SPI) and National Maritime Service (SMN) is located at Davis (Bldg 429), in late 1990s, as part of canal security.
