1998/ Jan 16 Herrick Heights Housing Area (Pacific side on the upper slope of Ancon Hill above Gorgas Army Hospital)
8.69 acres with 11 buildings (including 19 family housing units).
Built in late 1930s as housing for hospital personnel; later was housing for senior administrators and physicians at Gorgas Hospital.
Adjusted book value: $2,800,000.

USE BY PANAMA:

Panamanian housing.  (Current President of Panama Martin Torrijos bought one of the houses shortly after their transfer to Panama.)
