SOURCING/MANPOWER POOLING
Al Assal Manpower maintain a manpower pool of ready-to-leave workers called from private and public employment offices located in key regions of the country. If required workers are not identified/available in our existing pool Al Assal Manpower shall make all the necessary arrangements for immediate sourcing/identification of the needed workers.
PRE-SCREENING/SHORTLISTING
Our workers who are recommended for possible overseas employment are carefully screened and rigidly tested. An overall appraisal of their suitablity for the job is done through in-depth technical interviews geared towards gaining a deeper insight into the applicants qualification and competence.
The applicants psychological and intelligence test result are given considerable weight in choosing the appropriate worker. All credentials submitted by applicants are properly crossed, checked and verified. Three (3) or four (4) qualified applicants for every position are then shorlisted and referred to the clients for interview and or selection.

FINAL SELECTION
AL ASSAL MANPOWER INC can provide our client's representative with all the facilities and assistance in making their final selection fast and effecient. If so desired, we can do the final selection of their needed workers for and on behalf of our foreign employers with full guarantee on the workers competence and capabilities.
TRADE TESTING
Upon the employer's request, AL ASSAL MANPOWER INC may arrange skill testing designed to test and assess the actual skills required by our principals with credible and accredited government and private institution/trade test centers.
MEDICAL EXAMINATION
All selected workers are required to undergo and pass the standard medical examinations to include AIDS (Acquired Immuno - Deficiency Syndrome), Blood Chemistry. The said examinations are conducted in cooperation with the duly approved and accredited hospitals by the DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH, DEPARTMENT OF LABOR and CONSULAR AGENCIES.
DOCUMENTATION PROCEDURES
AL ASSAL MANPOWER INC is staffed with competent personnel needed to process the required travel documents of selected workers. Our documentation specialists personally monitor and ensure the prompt processing of the passport, Overseas Employment Certificates, Visas and other related clearances and documents.
PRE-DEPARTURE ORIENTATION SEMINAR
To further ensure good performance, AL ASSAL MANPOWER INC conducts intensive
orientation sessions to better prepare the workers for the psychological and physical demands of the job. These sessions include among other things, informations on the country of destination, principal's economy, employment, terms and conditions of employment, the principal's exepectations on selected workers and other pertinent information.
However,this should not prevent the foreign employers to conduct a comprehensive orientation on their company's policies and procedures as well as detail of the work coverage and responsibilities of each worker.
TICKETING/TRAVEL SEND OFFICE SERVICE
Our experienced and efficient documentation officers can very well handle the booking flight confirmation and final ticketing , we also provide airport assistance to all our departing workers as the part of embarkation. Moreover, our clients are being advised on the scheduled departure of their workers at least three days prior to departure.
