Teleportation Chamber (Level 4 Talisman)

First off, I'll tell you about our resident talisman/fetish
builders. 

Amaranth Gutenberg is an Electrodyne Diva (female Son of Ether)
who specializes in talismans that can only be used by females.

Aurora Thireau is a Dreamspeaker who specializes in binding
elemental spirits into her devices.

Dustmonger is, of course, a Hollow One who specializes in 
mass-production of new and different ideas, most of which
rely on Mind magick.

Now for the Talismans:

Elemental batteries
Level 1
Fetish (10 quintessence)
Aurora first created these, and Amaranth took the idea
from fetish to Talisman. A bound electricity elemental
provides power indefinitely. A talisman battery provides
24 hours of energy per point. All the batteries in a given
object must be of the same type, or the batteries drain at
a normal rate.

Wiccan Pride
Level 5
40 Quintessence
This is Dustmonger's personal gun. It fires as a pistol,
except that the expidenture of one Quintessence invokes its
special powers. The effect is that it fires off a 3-round
burst. The first bullet is cold iron. The second is silver.
The third is heartwood oak. The iron bullet does aggravated
damage to Faeries. The silver one does aggravated damage to
Garou. If the third one hits a vampire, and the number of
successes after the dodge roll is greater than 2, or the
Kindred botches its dodge roll, the Kindred is considered
staked. The bullets do normal, non-aggravated damage to any
creature that is not listed above in reference to them.

Wonder-Bra and Miracle Panties
Level 3
25 Quintessence
Amaranth created these to make up for the percieved frailty 
of the female population. When a point of quintessence is
spent, they release a surge of endorphines that increase the 
wearer's Physical attributes by one point each. Sorry, boys,
but even if you wanted to wear these, the endorphines are
negated by the male body chemistry. Dust has yet to perfect 
the jock strap he's been working on...
