Dear Barbara:
Thank you for your info on MCS Resources. I have had MCS for almost 4 years and my biggest problem is dealing with people who do not respect my illness or believe that it even exists. I worked in Agricultural research, with pesticides, for 10 years. I have not worked since I became ill. I wish I had more energy to fight for recognition of MCS by the Medical profession and governments.Linda Nelson

flameout- I wish these people gave other people more of a chance to respond to their objections, but, they are on another plane- if only temporarily. [referring to e-mail "flame" I received in response to my MCS page, I think.]Anonymous guest.

Thank you for your information. I copied it, and will find it useful in educating some of the "flamers" in my life. I have MCS, and have just had my first EPD treatment in hopes of a cure of these problems, however I am not getting much help at work from some people who think it is "all in my head". Anyway thank you, it is always helpful to know that you are not alone at 0200 in the am, when you are sitting at your computer struggling to breathe!!!christa garrett

I visited your artistic seal page, women with disability, and multi chem page. I have just completed the graduate program at University of SF in Rehab Administration (directed by Jeanette Harvey) & Prof Mary Lou Breslin. My research and area of interest is in the area of women with disabilities. My Mom has multiple chemical sensitivity. Would love to email back and forth with people with shared interests. i will check in my research for other sites I found and other resources on women with disabilities...ConnieConnie Webber

Hi Barbara, I visited your Women & Disability Resources page. It was great! Thanks so much for doing it. DAWN Canada is now on line. Their url is http://indie.ca/dawn/indext.htm
I am one of the original founders of DAWN in Canada and also one of the cyberchicks who worked the Disability Cool site. Someday, I may even take the time and set up my own site. It will feature cats, feminism, gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender issues, disability culture links and other neat stuff. Take care. Write me sometime - you seem like a really neat person. As usual it was delightful! I was especially fond of the caught in the head lights photo which reminded me of the old there's one there's one story of hunting trips gone by..you remember the chipmonk...but the main purpose here is to give a back door merry ho ho from the "whole famdamily". Hope all is well in the warm sunny land of the midday sun.
