names in Kentucky, like, Hell for Certain, in Leslie County, or Pe-

Dear Eleanor:
My husband's high school sweetheart  (30 years ago)
refuses to let go.  She tried to get him to cheat on his
first wife,  and he declined.   She tried to have a fling
with him while he and I were dating, and he refused.

She continues to "like" his mother,  brothers   and  sis-
ters  on Facebook,  but she has blocked our seeing her
interactions with them. I don't think she meets the def-
inition of a stalker.  She's just annoying.   How can we
get her to move into the present  and let go of that part
of her past that included my husband?

omeone who keeps following  or  contacting
someone else, especially . . . a person they used to have
a relationship with, in an annoying and frightening way."

Dear Eleanor:
I am a male reader with a complaint.   Have  you  no-
ticed that women hardly ever compliment men?   On
anything!  They expect men to compliment them  but
                            never reciprocate.

If we move furniture,  take them out for a nice dinner,
buy tickets to their favorite show  or  buy  them a gift,
they don’t have enough manners or couth to say thank
you.  Getting a compliment is like  pulling  teeth  from
a great white shark while he's feeding.

Where do they learn this behavior?    Are  they  taught
                            this  growing  up?
                                                                                       Shaking My Head

Dear Shakey:
It has been my experience, as a woman, that everything
a man does is done with the intention of finding  a  way
into my pants. If we complimented men, it would be ad-
ding gratuity to indignity.  Fuck you bozos!
