Each CODE Micro Systemsâ desktop system carries a three-year limited warranty, while our portable systems are covered by a one-year limited warranty. Click here to see a copy of our warranty.

Limited Guarantee*

Every CODE Micro Systems mail order purchase comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee (shipping charges are not refundable). You can return your CODE product within 30 days of the original delivery date for a refund of the purchase price. Just contact your sales representative for a return number, write the number on the outside of your shipping boxes and send them back to our factory.

Toll-Free Technical Support

CODE Micro Systems provides a toll-free telephone technical support for the life of your system, including phone assistance with installation, configuration problem resolutions for all operating systems and standard configuration software purchased from CODE Micro Systems. Our technical professionals are thoroughly on the latest technology so you can count on accurate answers.

FCC, UL and CSA Certification

All CODE Micro Systems systems are FCC Class-B, UL and CSA certified, and are compatible with IBM PC-AT standards.

Special Benefits for CODE Customers

Each customer becomes a member of "Club CODE." You'll be able to purchase peripherals, upgrades, software, accessories and clothing at great CODE prices. Please remember, however, that we sell the products you'll find in this guide only with the purchase of a system or to customers who already own CODE computers.

Software Pre-Installed and Tested

Installation and setup errors are responsible for one-third of all software problems. Windows 95 or DOS and Windows for Workgroups 3.11 are preinstalled on your system's hard drive at no charge, tested and ready to run the moment your system arrives.
