PACKAGING LAWN AND BIRD SEEDS IN PRINTED POLY:

The photo below shows a unique vertical form-fill-seal machine, equipped with dual weigh scales overhead, capable of delivering over 30 bags/minute of 2-20 pound seed packages.

The machine uses printed poly (mono films or laminates) and forms the bag by folding the film around a custom-designed forming tube (center of the machine).

Several consumer-friendly features, such as die-cut handles, zipper attachments, and square bag design (with side gussets) can be achieved via the B&C FF&S equipment.

Creative Packaging Inc. can also supply integrated small bag sorting and accumulating/baling systems for easier handling of small packages.
