Directions: From Route 3, take Route 102 all the way to Southwest Harbor. After passing the head of the harbor, take a left on to Route 102A. Once on Route 102A, look for Shore Drive on you left. Follow Shore Drive to the Town Pier. There is a parking lot next to the pier. You can launch your boat right from the parking light.
