The Tree of Might
The movie starts out in space with this metalic orb with antenai, flying through space. It heads towards earth, and gets smaller as it gets farther away. The scene switches to Krillen, Bulma, and Oolong, sitting by a small river, with a camp set up. Oolong is trying to make the fire bigger by blowing on it, but he gets too close, and his nose gets charred. Krillen and Bulmas laugh but stop when they hear Gohan. He comes to the camp with a large surplus of camp supplies tucked away in his bag. Then the scene switches again to nightfall, and it shows the night sky filled with stars. Then this shooting star appears which turns out to be the orb which was hurling towards earth. It crashes on earth, and starts a small fire on a tree. The fire spreads quickly, and lights up the entire forest Krillen, Gohan, Oolong, and Bulma were camping in. The fire rouses Krillen, and he looks out of his tent and yells fire which wakes up everyone else. While Oolong, and Bulma run around screaming frantically, Krillen instructs Gohan to use his powers to put out the fire. Krillen and Gohan run into the heart of the fire, and use powerful gustt of wind to put the fire out, as the animals run out of the forest. A small purple dragon which had been trying to escape, had gotten it's tail caught underneath a fallen tree. Another flaming tree was about to land ontop of it, when Gohan rushes in and catches the tree before it crushes the poor defensless animal. He then lifts the tree off of the dragon's tail and sends it on it's way. Then there are more attempts to put the fire out. The screen fades and comes back to the black charred, but fireless forest. Oolong celebrates now that the fire is out, but Gohan reminds him that the animals don't have a home anymore. Krillen then gets an idea, and askes Bulma for her Dragon radar. It then switches to the credits, and inbetween shows Krillen and Gohan searching for the Dragon Balls. They gather them up by the end of the credits, and it shows the 7 Balls in formation. It goes back to the forest, and shows the Eternal Dragon rising up from the Dragon Balls. The higher dragon(the purple one Gohan had saved before) gets scared and flies at the ED, attempting an attack. Just as the ED whips his tail down to knock higher dragon out of the sky, Gohan catches him and tells him that the ED is going to restore the forest to it's original beauty. Gohan then makes the wish, and the forest is restored. The ED disappears, and the Dragon Balls fly into the air, and scatter to be found once again.
The scene switches back to the middle of the forest in the daytime. The metal orb that crashed into the earth, is embeaded in the ground. The metal prongs poking out of the ground, start blinking, and even more prongs shoot out, and grip the ground pulling out a the metal orb. Now it looks like a small metalic spider. A small lens on the thing, twirls around scanning the earth. It switches back to outerspace, and a ship flies toward the screen. It shows the inside, and in the ship are some henchmen looking at a screen in front of them showing the planet Earth. The men look like this. A big tall built guy who looks like a mix between Recoom, and a Zarbon in monster form. He has brown hair, in a ponytail halfway down his back. Another smaller scrawnier guy with long hair, but he's still pretty built. There are two very small purple guys with bald heads and bumpy skin. They look exactly alike. And the other guy is what looks to be some pink jelly guy, in a metal body suit. Besides the metal guy, they all have Saiyan armor and scouters. The big tall guy looks at the screen and says that there does appear to be life on planet Earth to his master called Turles. He replies by saying how can that be because Kakarot is on that planet. After another brief scan they agree that planet Earth is the perfect place to plant The Tree of Might, and they discuss how powerful they will become when they eat the fruit from it. Then it goes back to the afternoon on Earth, and Goku and Gohan are bathing in a barrel, heated by logs being lit by Chichi. She asks if it's hot enough and Goku says no heat it up more. Then Gohan suggests a contest to see who can hold their breath longer underwater. Goku accepts, and they go plunge underwater and Chichi laughs still heating the barrel. Underwater, Goku is taking an unfair advantage by tickling Gohan. Little known to Chichi, a stranger is sneaking up behind her. She sees the shadow of the approaching creatire, and turns around to face it. She screams in terror, and drives her hand underwater to arouse Goku. Instead she finds Gohan's stomach, and squeezes, making him lose his breath, and come up from under stating that he lost. Then he looks up to see higher dragon and tells Chichi that it's ok it was the new friend he was telling her about. Higher dragon licks Gohan a few times, and the scene goes to a fully dressed Gohan being yelled at by Chichi for being a little troublemaker. Goku tells her to lighten up, but she hushes him up and yells at Gohan some more. Gohan promises he'll do his studies and his request to keep higher dragon is denied. Chichi tells him to bring the baby dragon back to the mountains. No matter now hard Gohan pushes, the baby dragon doesn't want to leave his rescuer. Gohan hears his father call from behind him, and he signals for Gohan to come over. The scene goes to Goku, Gohan, and higher dragon standing in a small cave, with a small bed of hay, and some fruit lying on the ground. To Gohan's delight and higher dragon's lickings, Goku tells his son not to infrom his mother about it.
Then it shows a ship flying over, and inside is Yamcha and his little cat thing Puar. Yamcha brags that he had to take out a 15 year loan to buy the ship. While they're talking Yamcha senses some evil presence. Then it shows Piccolo meditating by a waterfall, and he also feels an evil precense nearby. Turles's henchmen are now on earth, and the big one blasts a large crevice in the ground near where the orb crashed earlier. The explosion from it, hits Yamcha's ship, and it gets hurled off course, and it gets destroyed. Then the henchman with the long pony tail throws a small seed down into the deep crevice.
Gohan and higher dragon are playing fetch in the daytime with some happy music playing in the background. It shows a number of things with Gohan and higher dragon playing together. Then while they're playing, Goku calls Gohan in for dinner. Gohan leaves and so does higher dragon. But he comes back a few seconds later with some wicked music playing in the background. It the shows the seed sprouting, and numerous huge roots tearing through the ground, destoring everything. It tears down trees, digs up the ground, and plows through mountains. It chases animals out of their homes and destoys and entire city. The scene shows the tree on the horizon with higher dragon flying in the air. The tree is HUGE. The Z warriors are all at Goku's house and Yamcha explains what happened to his ship. Bulma yells at him, and he offers to help Gohan study. But Chichi refuses saying she doesn't want Gohan to end up like him. Eveyone gets a good laugh. There is a knock on the window and Gohan sees it's higher dragon. He goes out to see what he wants, and reluctantely tells the dragon to get lost because of his mom's orders. The dragon flies away saddened, and Goku comments that it has been acting strange. That's when King Kai informs Goku about the Tree of Might. King Kai tells Goku that it's too late but Goku insists it's not over.
The henchmen look at the fruit and comment that in no time it shall be ripe, and when they eat it they will become so powerful that they will have no equal in the universe. Not even Freeza. The big guy remarks that it's all thanks to the Tree of Might, but Turles intervenes and says their thanks belongs in Kakarott.
Then it goes back to everyone asking that if what is going to happen to the earth is really true. But Goku still insists that it's not over. He suggests that they all combine their powers and destroy it. They all agree, and pile up their hands. But Gohan is forced to stay home and study.
The Z Warriors are amazed at the size of the tree, and they all blast the tree at once. Unfortunately, it has no effect. Then Goku and the others, fly up to a branch of the tree, and discover Turles's henchmen. After some discussion, all the fighters engage in battle.
The little purple guy, jumps into the tree, then flips higher into the air. Tien and Chaozu charge up blasts, and hit the guy dead on. The little guy splits into both of the purple guys, and they knee Tien in the head, and headbutt Chaozu, sending them through the clouds. They reveal their names to be Rizen and Lackisei. Then Tien does a Solar Flare and blinds them.
Krillen and the Big Guy stand face to face about 30 feet away from eachother. The guy stands there smiling, and Krillen raises his hand above his head, and starts to form a Destructo Disk. He throws the disk at the guy, and he replies with "So you wanna play, let's play" and he spins around really fast and throws a disk of his own. The two disks collide, and are shot back at the original throwers. The disks barely miss Krillen and his opponent. The Big Guy sees that the disk blows apart the mountain, and gets mad. Krillen then says, "Missed."
Yamcha forms a Sokidan, and yells out "Here's a power shot" then throws it at his flying opponent. It goes right by, and Yamcha manipulates it for a while, then slams it down on his opponent. The sludge man flies out, uninjured, and him and Yamcha exchange fists. Yamcha vanishes, and the sludge man opens up his suit, and rockets up high into the air. Yamcha appears right in front of the guy, and is surprised to see him. The sludge man, then grabs Yamcha, and slams him into the ground at full speed, burying him down to his waist.
After the sludge man buries Yamcha, he hovers in the air, and gets blasted back by Goku. The guy with the pony tail flies in and proclaims that he'll fight Goku. He fires a red blast at Goku. Goku shoots down at the sludge man again, then counters the pony guy's attack with a fireball of his own, that hits him, and sends him flying. Basically, Goku beats their asses :).
Then it switches to a far off view of one of the small purple guys chasing Chaozu. He starts to throw multiple fireballs at him, hitting him many times. When he releases a final blast to finish him off, his fire is blasted away by a blue one. He looks and sees that it's Gohan. The Saiyan yells something to the guy, and hits him with a large blast. It switches to Turles's ship, and Gohan is on the screen. The man remarks that the kid is very strong and wonders if he's a Saiyan. Then we see Turles's face. He is an exact duplicate of Goku. Then it goes back to Gohan's battle. The small purple guy throws a large fireball at Gohan, but his blast is just a fire cracker compared to the blast Gohan uses to counter it. The midget is in awe and asks "He's just a boy, how did he do that?" He then notices that Gohan is no longer there. Gohan flies up from behind, and headbutts him, breaking the scouter off his head, and sending him to the ground. Turles is then sure that the boy must be a Saiyan. Gohan then goes searching around for higher dragon. Then he runs into Turles. Turles picks him up, and after some discussion about Saiyans, Turles's scouter blips. It reads 18,000 and he looks to see who it is. Then, Piccolo hovers down from the sky, and demands he let the boy go. Turles asks what if he refuses, and Piccolo screams he'll die. He flies at Turles, and Turles hurls Gohan at him. Piccolo catches him, and he finds that Gohan is alright. Turles appears over Piccolo, and blasts him to the ground, tearing off his turban and cape. Piccolo and Gohan both crash to the ground. Turles flies down to Gohan, and puts his foot on his back, not letting him get up. Then after some more discussion, he makes some fake moonlight, and throws it into the air. He kicks Gohan into the air, and holds his eyelids open so he'll look at the moonlight. Gohan starts to transform, and Goku runs to save his son. The sludge man and the pony tail guy, both fly into the air boasting they'll finish off Goku. They combine palms, and release a red fireball, that hits Goku and causes a huge dome explosion over him. When the blast wears off, Goku is completely unharmed. Goku flies up inbetween both of them, arms outstretched, and yells "I said GO!" then flares white, and launches both far off with huge blasts. Then he lands, and Ozaru Gohan steps in front of his father. After yelling his name a few times, Goku fails to convince Gohan, and Piccolo flies in. Turles gets aggrivated and yells they all should die, and hurls a ball that sends Goku and Gohan down into an underground pool of water. Gohan comes up, and squeezes Goku, until higher dragon flies in. Gohan drops Goku, and holds onto higher dragon. They both sit next to eachother, and Turles once again gets aggrivated because a Saiyan has pity for a helpless creature. Goku tells him because they're earthlings, not Saiyans. Turles makes sure, and blasts higher dragon away from Gohan, getting him aggrivated, and shooting out a mouth blast. Then Gohan, focuses his attention on Turles. Turles charges up an energy orb, and hurls it at Gohan. Goky quickly makes a Kienzan, and cuts off Gohan's tail just in time. The blast destroys the entire wall to the cave. Gohan, rouses asking his father to save the earth. Goku promises his son that he's not sure about the earth, but he's gonna save Gohan. It fades to a scene of Goku and Turles staring eachother down. Turles boasts that Goku shouldn't challenge him because he knows where the fruit from the Tree of Might is. After some more discussion, his henchmen come, and ask if they can take care of the "weakling." They all reveal that Goku's friends were no match for them. They ask him if he's as weak as his friends, and he challenges them to find out. So, they attack. But, what a mistake it was. Goku controls the entire fight, blocking each attack, and landing attacks of his own. While Turles watches, Piccolo challenges him. All his attacks are blocked, even his Special Beam Cannon from close range. Turles then blasts Piccolo, sending him into the air. Goku then performs the Kaioken, breaking the enemy scouters, and knocking them all out cold. Then Goku challenges Turles, and Turles gets nervous and sweaty and he reads Goku's power level over 30,000. Goku elbows Turles, then evades his punch, and elbows him again. Those unfortunately, are the only hits Goku gets in the fight. Turles runs, and grabs a piece of fruit from the tree. Goku stops as he sees Turles eat the fruit, and increase his body mass incredibly. Turles crushes the fruit, and rails Goku into the tree. Then he knees him in the stomach, rams him down onto a tree branch, then releases a flury of fireballs, sending Goku into the ground. Turles tells Goku that he'll die just like the planet. Goku gets up, and he's banged up. He performs Kaioken 10x, and flies at Turles. Turles disappears, and Goku flies over to him. This process repeats until Turles rails Goku into the tree again. He knees him in the back, catches him with another knee before he hits, then slams him down to the ground, and steps on his head. He comments on how pathetic he is. Goku says he made a promise to Gohan that he will beat Turles. Turles tells him to die, and releases a barage of fireballs into Goku's back, leaving him inrecibly beaten, and his shirt blown to bits. He flies back up to the tree, and all the Z Warriors tell Goku to form a spirit bomb. He gets up and starts to gather energy. Turles sees that the Z Warriors are still alive, and also notices what's happening with Goku. Piccolo charges him and is hit back, then Tien, Krillen, Yamcha and Chaozu fly up at him. He easily beats the crap out of all of them, and when he is done, Goku throws the Spirit Bomb at Turles. Turles shoots a large fireball, which blows apart the Spirit Bomb, and continues on, then hits the ground sending Goku back. Then Krillen says that everyone is doomed since the Earth didn't have enough energy to give Goku a powerful enough Spirit Bomb.
