The Jungle Goddess is strong
like the animal spirit of the lioness
who never leave her side.
She is noble and regal.
She does not know fear, only survival.
Although she usually walks through life
proud and calm,
she is lithe like a cat and you never
know when she will decide to pounce.
Her hair is golden like the sun.
Around her neck she wears an amulet
upon which the suns rays reflect,
bathing her in golden light.
