All you have to do to enter and try to win this award is to send in the address to your homepage and your e-mail address along with it and if I like it out of all the homepage addresses that are sent, in you will win the award!! And I will also be on the lookout for some neat looking homepages and hand them out on the spot!!
If anyone attempts to steel this award and put it on their homepage without winning the contest I will have to take action by takeing those to court.
