I'm hoping to locate other descendants of John Baker, originally Bakker, who emigrated from the Netherlands and settled in Whiteside Co., IL, prior to 1912. My grandfather, Edward Baker (b. 1912), was John's 4th child, the only one from his second marriage (Alice Van Zuiden). Edward had an older sister named Gertrude, & 2 older brothers, Frank & Cornelius. All married & had children, but due to family problems, my mother and her sisters have lost track of these cousins. Any reponses are welcome.
