To me poetry is the insites of the writer's soul. It's the key to their thoughts, their hopes, wishes, and dreams. I consider excellent poetry if you can actually experience the feelings being expressed in the writing. The best poetry is the kind that expresses deep emotion, and if the poetry is written in the correct way, it can be a powerful weapon.
