This Committee is responsible for the production of the Coven Newsletter. Until or unless the Coven Council decides otherwise, the newsletter is to be considered an internal document only. It is to be used to disseminate information to the Coven members about upcoming events and any other information or articles of interest to the membership.

Library

The library Committee is responsible for the acquisition and cataloging of any and all outside documents, books and other research materials. All books in the library will be available to all members. All research materials and books (with the exception of the Coven working books) can be borrowed by the members. The library Committee will maintain a record of all books loaned to members. The library Committee will make recommendations to the Coven Council for the acquisition of additional resources. Any Coven member may suggest a book or document to the library Committee.

Research

This Committee is charged with the responsibility of researching other traditions, Deities and their archetypes and customs. The Coven can only grow and expand its potential through the sharing of knowledge with others.

Herbalist

This Committee will research and become adept at the use of herbs, plants oils etc. Recommendations will be made to the Coven as to :

· What to use in a given situation · Why to use the recommended solution in that given situation · How to effectively and safely use the recommended solution for the intended purpose.

Astrology

Responsible for planetary and celestial tracking to assist the Coven with planning effective workings. May be asked to prepare and interpret birth charts for Coven members.

Divination

The Committee will become adept at Tarot reading, scrying, pendulum interpretation, rune research and other divination methods, as appropriate for the benefit of the Coven and its’ members.
