He married twice. He married Georgia Elizabeth (Williams) Waters in Of, Stamford, Connecticut, Usa, 6 Aug 1862. Georgia was born in Of, Stamford, Connecticut, Usa Abt 1842. Georgia died 5 Aug 1894. Her body was interred in Stamford, Connecticut, Usa. He married Jane Woolston Rambo in Brownsville, Pennsylvania, Usa, 15 Jun 1903. Jane was born 21 Feb 1872. Jane died 18 Dec 1952 at 80 years of age.

899 iv. John Davenport was born in Stamford, Connecticut, Usa 2 Jun 1871. John died 7 Sep 1875 at 4 years of age.

900 v. Adelaide Hutchings Davenport was born in Of, Stamford, Connecticut, Usa 2 Aug 1877. Adelaide died 22 Jul 1878 at less than one year of age.

Theodore Davenport and Jane Woolston Rambo had the following children:
