She married Elisha Putnam in Stockton, New York, 11 Jul 1844. Elisha was born in Stockton, New York 30 Apr 1820. Elisha died 15 Jan 1884 in Stockton, New York, at 63 years of age.

Fanny L. Mitchell and Elisha Putnam had the following children:

1305 i. Florella⁹ Putnam was born 28 Nov 1850.

1306 ii. Elbert Putnam was born in Stockton, New York 28 Mar 1858. Elbert died 28 May 1872 at 14 years of age.
