He married Eliza Ann Brown in Collinsville, Connecticut, 16 Oct 1860. Eliza was born in Irvinsburg, Ohio 11 Aug 1838. Eliza died 8 Nov 1869 in Canton, Connecticut, at 31 years of age.

Benjamin Franklin Wright and Eliza Ann Brown had the following children:

1362 i. Hattie Jane⁹ Wright was born in Southington, Connecticut 21 Jul 1862. She married Jermiah Pliny Hosford in Collinsville, Connecticut, 17 Jan 1883. Jermiah was born in Canton, Connecticut 30 Sep 1858.

+ 1363 ii. Adelaide Theresa Wright was born 2 Aug 1864.
