Bodybuilding - If your training for your first competition or you think your current contest preparation needs help, consider F.I.T. for guidance. We have trained male and female bodybuilders up until a year in advanced for their competitions. We also incorporate Rehabilitation exercises in your workouts if you are recuperating from an injury or limited by one.
