Bio:Has no life - is always in the GVL :-)
Favorite Player:
Bill Mueller
Favorite Giant/baseball memory:
'93 Opening Day at the 'Stick. Since we thought we were going to lose the team and we did not, that Opening Day was filled with so much emotion. Plus I had won a bet with a co-worker and he had to take me to the game (we were sitting 14 rows behind homeplate - right next Marlins' Exec. Dave Dombrowski- so you know I 'chatted' his ear off...
GVL signing date:
March 1997 (It started out very slowly - only a few of us in the room. JohnnyWalkerRed and mueller time are the 2 I most remember.)

Guess I would best be described as a Baseball Fan. Grew up following the Junior Circuit Bosox. Moved to SF in '84. Bosox Red blood replaced by Giants Orange & Black. I thoroughly enjoy the GVL. It has added a wonderful new dimension to my love of baseball and especially the Giants!

Willie McCovey hitting an HR into the newly constructed upper deck in Candlestick during the 72 playoffs. Going to a game in Atlanta to see the Giants and Bill Madlock hitting a home run on the first pitch of te game. (He hit another one later) The Giants signing Barry Bonds and the way he played in '93. Playing basketball with Atlee Hammaker and him making me play ("you're not hurt") after I sprained my ankle. I hit the gamewinner. The Bonds home run in the first inning of that key Dodger series at home last year. Beck getting out of the bases-loaded no out jam in the 10th of the other game.

My first ever game. At Cybergate '98, as the Giants beat the Philies 10-3. Bonds, Kent and Carter all going deep. Ellis just missed a grand slam. It was just so special....
GVL signing date: About March '97
Well-known amongst the regulars as the play-by-play king of the GVL; when RealAudio allows, it's often me with the pbp keeping the Chatters informed.... Gained a mention for doing this in the Examiner article on CyberGate I... Was involved in the setting up of CyberGate '98, which I attended and loved.... Can't wait to get back to San Francisco, if not next year, then hopefully for the first Cybergate @ PacBell Park...
