Respect of a persons personal information
This includes
their name, address, phone, workplace, etc.
3. Respect of ones beliefs no matter how different it is from your own.
4. And above all -- "Be It Harm
None, do as Thy Will"
This is our sacred belief
and although not everyone's, it is something I feel should be abided by
in this organization
5. Breaking of rules will result
in the removal of your name from the rolls of The TorchLight Organization.

(Breaking the rules of TorchLight is a serious
offense, for this is a violation of a trust. We all have the
right to feel safe
in our environments. To belong to an
organization is a personal step and to violate the trust that is given
with taking that
step is unforgivable. )
6. TorchLight is not responsible
for actions taken by others, actions or interpetations are souly the responsibility
of the individuals.

Founder- Works with the Staff in establishing a safe place for its members to communicate with each other.
Web Site Manager- Oversees all areas of the website, user list, all HTML website coding, after approval from staff.
Membership Secretary- Records supporting memberships, sends email to members and staff, and maintains membership records file.
Media Liason- Serves TorchLight by encouraging a positive public relationship of respect and understanding
Secretary- Records minutes of each meeting, types and distributes copies of minutes to each Staff member, and keeps organizational records.
Treasurer- In Charge of all financial areas of the organization, keeps records and receipts, presents the financial report at each meeting.
Communications- In Charge of all areas of Communications incoming and outgoing.
