The Rules of TorchLight

1. Respect of Temple Walls
Temple Walls is a nice way of describing confidentiality. What is said in temple walls is sacred, no matter if it is in a
group or private between two people. If you are asked not to speak of something or the term 'In Temple Walls' is used,
that information is sacred and can not be spoken to anyone.

2. Respect of a persons personal information
This includes their name, address, phone, workplace, etc.

3. Respect of ones beliefs no matter how different it is from your own.

4. And above all -- "Be It Harm None, do as Thy Will"
This is our sacred belief and although not everyone's, it is something I feel should be abided by in this organization

5. Breaking of rules will result in the removal of your name from the rolls of The TorchLight Organization.
(Please don't be offended & read below.)

(Breaking the rules of TorchLight is a serious offense, for this is a violation of a trust. We all have the right to feel safe
in our environments. To belong to an organization is a personal step and to violate the trust that is given with taking that
step is unforgivable. )

6. TorchLight is not responsible for actions taken by others, actions or interpetations are souly the responsibility of the individuals.
(We have to say this.)

If this sounds like something you are interested in please email me and I will give you all the information
you want. I really encourage everyone to contact me. If you decide not to be apart of TorchLight that is ok as well.
But at least you will have made one contact that is there for you and it will always be confidential. I respect the fact that
some of us have family, jobs and other things to protect. But sometimes its just nice to know you have another friend like
yourself.

The Responsibilities of our Staff Members

Founder- Works with the Staff in establishing a safe place for its members to communicate with each other.

Web Site Manager- Oversees all areas of the website, user list, all HTML website coding, after approval from staff.

Membership Secretary- Records supporting memberships, sends email to members and staff, and maintains membership records file.

Media Liason- Serves TorchLight by encouraging a positive public relationship of respect and understanding

Secretary- Records minutes of each meeting, types and distributes copies of minutes to each Staff member, and keeps organizational records.

Treasurer- In Charge of all financial areas of the organization, keeps records and receipts, presents the financial report at each meeting.

Communications- In Charge of all areas of Communications incoming and outgoing.

To become a member of Torchlight please send the information listed below and you will be added to the List, having ICQ is not required but we have found it to be a very nice simple program to be able to reach our dearest friends faster, as well as find new ones all the time.
