(June, 1996 to June, 1997) Correctional Service Canada, Regional Supply Depot, Correctional Officer-2. Fill orders for educational, vocational, food, health care, pharmaceutical supplies and equipment required by institutions in the Pacific Region. Review, vet and maintain library of regulatory documents and manuals. Completed 10 annual reports for a longitudinal study auditing the organizational behaviour of Pacific Region management on staff. Managements critique of my audits was character assassination and termination with extreme prejudice, which reflects the truth of the assessments I provided.

(March, 1987 to June, 1996) Correctional Service Canada, Ferndale Institution, Correctional Officer-2. Worked directly with Institutional Preventive Security Officer conducting Scientific Content Analysis investigations, drafted 1995-1996 institutional contingency plans, supervising implementation of crisis management test trials, supervising inmates in prison and community, working with their families to support community re-integration, actively help police apprehend escapees, provide opportunity for rehabilitative supportive work, secure care, transport and custody, as part of a case management team. Used networked computers to draft, edit, format and publish new institutional documents and forms.

(Nov., 1986 to Feb., 1987) Correctional Service of Canada, Mission Medium Security Institution, Living Unit Officer-1. Analyze case files, interview inmates, prepare needs analyses, initiate program plans, progress summaries, provide transport, escort and release. Make recommendations to National Parole Board and continue annual audit survey of CSC management-staff impact.
