~To My Little Cowboy...."Cody"~
Most little fellars' at one time can see,
The picture they'd paint..if a
cowboy they'd be.
I'll wear a
tall hat and ride a big horse;
Know~all~the
cowpokes,in the Wild West of course!
Sportin'fancy western duds, shiny
spurs, cowboy boots,
I'm toten' two sixguns, that
really do shoot!
I'll ride
with the possee'; my big horse and me,
We'll stop a
wild linchin'at the big old oak tree.
All the outlaws will tremble...at the
sound of my name;
Gamblin' and dice, pokers my
game!
I'll ride through the
wilderness, in the hot blazin' sun;
Not expectin'
rewards for the good deeds I've done.
It's the cold hard ground, my bed by
night;
Cracklin'warm fire at my cozy
campsite!
I'm big and
tough,surely coyote'type mean;
And I won't have to
bathe, cause real ornary cowpoke ain't' clean!
Soon in all the West, I'm the fastest,
quickest gun,
Boy! I bet that makes ya proud of your little cowboy...huh Mom?
Instead
of the fastest gun in all the West~
Hummm, maybe a
Fire-Chief;~"Yaaepp!"~Thats what I'd make
best!!
~I Wonder Why~??
I wonder why the sky is blue,
And why the farmers cows say
moo~~
