For the loss of someone so loved,
Yet rejoicing;
For her life entering heaven,

Such a special kind of friend,
That I had found in you.
I think if I might hold to me,
And tuck them ever so tenderly;
The special thoughts __
The memories ___
Into my heart to see me through,
Until I then,
By His amazing grace,
Most assuredly;
Will once again,
Laugh, walk and talk with you.





I see you walking
Through the vast beauty of heaven,
Right by your Father's side
Smiling, singing, shouting,
"Oh_Friends; hear me,
Please tell me you hear me
For truly; I have not died!"



How many times I asked myself;
"What is my worth,
What is it I can do;
For I'm really no-one special,
How significant can I be,
Compared to the awesome,
Mightiness of You?"





Oh Lord; the countless times
Along life's hectic way,
How aimlessly I stumbled;
How hopelessly
Lost my way.
The many times,
I must of disappointed You,
Yet You, Dear Lord;
Were "always" there;
To pick me up,
To carry me through.





Then when I reached
Life's journeys end,
As I looked upon Your face,
It was almost overwhelming,
Etched; with such mercy,
Love and grace.



And it was then,
I gently heard You say;
_"Martha"_
Sweet precious child of mine,
You've been forgiven,
Washed of your sin,
Your life on earth is over,
But fear not __
For now __
Eternal life begins.





Little is much,
_With God_
Your Father in it;
And how faithful you have been.
You shared your smile,
You gave My love;
To those in times of need.
It was you __
Precious one;
It was you __
Who worked so hard,
Who planted My seed.





So you see
With the many blessings,
_"Together"_
We have sown;
By asking for forgiveness;
Believing __
Trusting Me __
As your Saviour,
Your Redeemer,
Your Everlasting Friend,
That it is now;
That I can say, "Welcome,
_ Welcome Home!_
My good and faithful servant.
And that this is truly not the end!"





And that it's not because,
Of who you are __
Or what it is you do __
But that it only is;
Because of __
My special love for you.
And that because it was,
_"I"_
_"M-E-R-C-Y"_
Mercy; who came,
Who came running straight to you.
