NOTHING TO REPORT!
HAUNTED HOUSE:
We have been working at the Delhi Haunted House, getting it ready
to open in a couple of weeks. The Harbinger has the Torture Chamber
again this year. We need a total of 6-8 volunteers to cover both
shifts each night. If we can get 4 more (total of 10-12) we can have
the Frankenstein Room as well.
CONVENTION:
We have also been attending the planning meetings for Tranquility
Base 1999, the sci-fi convention coming to Cincinnati Convention
Center June 18-20, 1999. The Marine Commander will be in charge of
the Costume Contest and the Marine Exec. will be working security at
the convention.
VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED!!!!!!
- Gophers/Security
- Gopher Wrangler (in charge of scheduling and sending out gophers)
- Guest Liasons for:
Apollo Smile (female volunteer)
Robin Downes (male volunteer)
- cost of the convention ($35 until Nov 1 - $40 afterwards) can be
worked off.
- The next planning meeting will be held on Sunday Oct. 25 at 4:30pm

I tried to volunteer to guard Apollo Smile, but they said it had to
be a female ..... darn ! ! ! {{;-)>
