COMMENTS     Despite being a self-confessed lech, he is ok. At
             times his exuberance seems to overtake his sense of
             responsibility, and his ability for thinking under
             pressure is limited. However, out of the heat, he is
             calm practical and very dependable. But, due to his
             inability for making decisions when it matters, and
             a general lack of leadership skills, he is unlikely
             to progress beyond his current position, which is,
             as I understand, one he is happy with.
