COMMENTS     Alas I know little of her. But...
             Like Keelan has lived in a commune for some of her
             life, aged five her parents took her in to the State
             with them. There she grew up. It was while in the
             commune she received a noticeable cut to her chin,
             and due to the poor medical facilities there, it
             scarred. This was one of the deciding factors in the
             movement to the State. Is a lawyer by trade.
