COMMENTS     A stalwart. Ever dependable. Yet something of a loner.
             He can be relied on to follow orders accurately etc.
             but manages to remain outside the crew, aloof in a
             non-derogatory way. Probably the kind of person that
             only opens up given time. I hope so. If not it could
             get quite tedious. Anyway, he is likely to go on to be
             a second, but I feel that is where he will be happiest,
             and has no further ambitions. If he does, a captaincy
             is possible, if he tries.

Everything, again, was true. A few nods of agreements about him being a loner made him make a personal promise to be more sociable. One he knew he'd break.
