This next scene shows the nWo villians still helping themselves to more stolen energy resources
 around the globe. Later deep underground within the Empire base, Dr. Doom and Colossus 
discuss the final stages of construction of their new starship

COLOSSUS
Star Destroyer nearly completed.

DR. DOOM
And the energon cubes?

COLOSSUS
1,000 more required.

DR. DOOM
We need one more source of energy Colossus.

COLOSSUS
The ruby crystals of Africa?

DR. DOOM
Right!  They are the richest source of energy on the face of the earth.  I can almost see 
those ruby crystals now. <Just then he hears a whirring sound> What was that?

<Suddenly they notice the witch whippet Belledona, Carface Caruthers, Killer and some of
the wrestlers test-firing a laser cannon at some targets, but unfortunately they have drained
 half of the cubes>

DR. DOOM
Skull, Ben, Knuckles!  What in the universe are you doing?

BRASH KNUCKLES
Testing the energon cubes, they work.

DR. DOOM
Of course they work, what do you think...?

SKULL DUGGERY
You didn't know, you never tested them.  We proved it.

DR. DOOM
You only proved your stupidity idiotic senses. <Points to empty stack> Now we need two strikes
 before we'll have enough energy to return to Alpha Prime.

CARFACE CARUTHERS
What's the difference boss?  There's plenty here for us.

DR. DOOM

<Angrilly he kicks over the cannon destroying it.  Shocked, then alarmed Belledona looks on>

<At the same time, not far away is Tracer spying on the enemy's position  by recording the 
conversation on his satellite dish radar scanner. With him are Charlie, Itchy and Anabelle>

DR. DOOM
Despite your stupidity nWo wiseguys, our mission will suceed.  First we 
strike the African crystal mines, and then we'll locate the rocket fuel 
we need.

ANABELLE
That's what we've been waiting to hear boys.

CHARLIE BARKIN
Right, let's radio the Major.

ITCHY ITCHIFORD
He'll know what to do Charlie.

<Meanwhile the witch tries reasoning with the armored doctor>

BELLEDONA

PRIVATE PAIN

Scramble! <As his warriors morph and takeoff> To the crystal mines! <They fly away into 
the horizon>

<Simultanously Tracer is returning to HQ with his canine allies>

CHARLIE BARKIN
Hey you know something?  I like being a spy.

ITCHY ITCHIFORD
Yes, working undercover and foiling the enemy's plans boss.

ANABELLE 
<Driving>Hey look Charles, no hands. <Removes paws from steering wheel>

TRACER

<Diving down are a A-10 Thunderbolt, F-14 Tomcat, and F-18 Hornet 
launching a suprise attack!>

<So Barkin grabs the CB mic and shouts into it>

<Sometime later inside the mines of Africa, the nWo terrorists are 
digging the crystals out of the shafts, loading them into mine-cars and 
then converting them into glowing red energon cubes>

PRIVATE PAIN
Let's go, hurry up get this car loaded.  Faster!

BELLEDONA
Move it, move it you idiots!  We haven't got all day.

DR. DOOM
Ahh this is magnificent, unbelieveable.

COLOSSUS

<He throws handfulls of crystals into the air as he laughs.  Meanwhile 
the Alliance await outside the main entrance>

CHIP HAZARD
There they are. <Points to the tunnel's mouth>

BRICK BAZOOKA
Doom and the other NWO must be inside the mines sir.

We got just the trick to do it with too, <Holds up pipe bomb> There's 
enough explosives in here to bury them forever!

CHIP HAZARD

And I have the best chance of getting through.  I'll stick that bomb 
right under their noses. <Morphs into Monster Truck> Hop in Lance!

<As the doberman climbs inside, Nitro hands over the bomb>

NICK NITRO
Once you set this timer here <Points to LCD screen> You got 1 hour-60 
minutes.  Remember, once it's set that's it, no turning back to  deactivate or defuse it.

LANCE
