The new X-Files movie is called: Fight The Future.  The movie is a 15 and on this page I have reviewed it.  Don't worry, I haven't given away any info that will spoil the movie if you haven't seen it.  But, if you have seen it, you can go HERE to read my comments on the movie it-self.  But, DON'T go there if you haven't seen it.  You can also start a discussion on the movie on my X-FILES MESSAGE BOARD.

When I went to see the movie, I was amazed to see the cinema full.  The movie was better than I thought it was going to be and I think it'll be very popular with X-File fans and non-X-File fans.  Although I may be biased because I'm an X-Files fan, I can say that it was the most suspense I'd felt in a movie for a long, long time.  There was plenty of action and enough humour.  The funniest X-Files episode, I think is 'Small Potatoes' and this was funnier, with simple remarks and actions that gave the movie that boost above the rest.  The music was great and provided a real atmosphere.  Obviously the acting was as good as ever.  Most importantly (for an X-Files fan,) a lot of questions were answered and only a few raised - Which was what I was hoping for.  The ending was good which gives Chris Carter a lot of scope to continue with the plot.  There's not much more I can say without giving too much away.  If you like X-Files, action, thrillers, drama, mysteries and many other types of movies then this is for you.

One drawback however is that the atmosphere won't be great if you see it a second time as the suspense is ruined but if you're a fan you'll be able to sit back and enjoy it again but this time without being on the edge of your seat.

MUSIC  =  9/10                    ACTING = 9/10

PLOT = 8/10                        ACTION = 9/10

OVERALL:  For a fan - 10/10,  -  SEE IT NOW!!!
                      For a non-fan - 8/10  - GIVE IT A GO

Note:  Many fans will be thinking about buying, renting or reserving their copy of the video when it comes out.
