  | Benjamin Geza Affleck was born August 15, 1972 in Berkeley California.
Ben dropped out of college before graduating as a Middle Eastern studies major. He attended two
colleges: the University of Vermont and California's Occidental College.
Because of Good Will Hunting Fame we all know that he grew up in Massachusetts. He befriended Matt Damon when he was eight.
His dad is a drug rehab counselor in Indio California and his mom is a school teacher. He loves Camel Lights, Diet Cokes, DMB, blackjack, photography and reading.
Ben drives a vintage 1969 black Cadillac and has three motorcycles. Ben is New York a lot but does have
a one bedroom apartment in Los Angeles. He began acting at age of 8 in PBS television series "Voyage of the Mimi". His first dramatic role was in a
high school production of "Alice in Wonderland" as the Caterpillar.
