"A Knight's Heart"

Good morning, If you are reading this then you must be one of the many people who have read of our exploits. Perhaps you think you have what it takes to become a Knight? Only a Trial of Position will determine that, We shall see if you have what it takes.

In case you do not know, here is a little information about my warriors. Remember, Information is ammunition.

The knights of the Star League were originally a mercenary company (Black Plague)in the Inner Sphere, until that fateful day in 3034 that we took that Explorer Corp mission, and ended up captured by the clans, Clan Jade Falcon. The Falcons are not very nice to captured units.

During the Clan invasion of the Inner Sphere, myself and the remenants of my command lance hijacked the Avenger, and left clanspace with a battalion of Second-Line Clan 'Mechs.

After recruiting many members of the Clan "Bandit" caste, and hundreds of freeborn mechwarriors and their machines, "Black Plague" returned to the Inner Sphere. We worked as mercenaries during the invasion and during the truce period. This is when we built up the "Black Plague" mercenaries.

I know.. Mercenary scum and Freebirth traitor were words we were familiar with. That was okay, We believed the Star League must be reformed...but the Crusaders had the wrong idea. The Succesor states had to form the Star League on their own.

The day we discovered that the Star League had been reformed, I recalled all of my warriors and lower caste members. Together, we reformed our Galaxies into the Knights of the Star League. Many Inner Sphere warriors joined us at this time. Then all as one the Knights declared their Undying protection to the Star League, and our personal honor to the First Lord.

The knight's code of honor is based off the Knighty values of The knights of the round table. There Is also a strong clan influence in our language and Honor code. We are Wardens, and the inner sphere must be protected from the crusader clans.

One of the greatest accomplishments of our Scientist Caste was the developement of the "Skyhawk Omni L.A.M". Using technology gained from the clans and information obtained from a star league cache, our scientists were able to develope out prize fighter. The Skyhawk Is a great Recon and Medium combat vehicle. I Can't tell you much more until you qualify as a knight.

If you feel you have what it takes to join us. Mount your battlemech and take your trial of Position. If you pass you may join us.. If not then you are a surat unworthy of being a warrior.
