When Parker his the last chord of the last song, she felt her adrenaline surge. She knew she had done well. "Thnak you. I'm glad you enjoyed it. Good Night!" The crowd went wild. By the middle of the show, the crowd was on its feet and now they were jumping up and down cheering. She ran to the front of the stage and shook some hands and then headed off the stage. Isaac, Taylor, and Zac met her backstage."

"That was incredible!" isaac exclaimed.

"I would never have thought that this was your first public performance," Taylor told her. "I am totally impressed!"

"Jordan came running up to her. "They want you to do more. Do you have one song you can do an encore with?" he asked.

"Yeah," Parker answered.

"Let's go, then," Jordan led her back to the stage.

Parker walked back on and the crowd continued its chanting. "Parker, Parker, Parker." Parker just smiled.

"Well, do you want to hear more?"

"Yeah!!" the crowed yelled.

"I can't hear you. Do you want to hear more?" Parker yelled back at them.

This time the noise from the 200 people was deafening. "Yeah!!" they screamed.

"Well, this is a song that I didn't really prepare for this. don't have any dancers or anything, but here it goes anyway."

As she struck the first chords, the crowd began to cheer again. She watched as two little girls about 10 years of age began to dance. Parker jsut had to laugh. They were so cute and she was so happy that her music could make them happy.

Parker finishe that song and went right into another. When she struck the last chord of that song, she ran to the front, shook some hands, and headed off the stage.

As soon as Parker was off the stage, the concert coordinator headed out to the stage. "Thanks so much for coming. There is going to be a short meet 'n greet with Parker Alizabeth following the concert in just a few minutes. She is going to sign autographs and talk with people for a few minutes. There are pictures available of Parker Alizabeth that you can buy for her to sign. They are at the back table and are selling for $3.00, so go buy one and Parker Alizabeth will be happy to sign it. Also, one other thing, one of our main stage performers has canceled for tonight and Parker Alizabeth ahs agreed to fill in. You can see her on the main stage at 7:00. There are still tickets available, so don't miss this opportunity to see her again." With that said, the man walked off the stage and left the crowd to scramble to the merchandize table to buy pictures for Parker to sign.

Parker bounded off the stage into Jordan's waiting arms. "You did fantastic!" he said lifting her up off the ground and swinging her around.

He set her down and Zac and Taylor had their turns hugging her. When she got to Isaac, she was a little afraid to hug him. he held his arms out for her and she stepped into them. She didn't want to let go. He smelled so good and she loved the feel of his arms around her. Halfway through the hug, Pete walked up. Isaac and Parker broke away from the hug when they heard Pete's voice.

"Parker, how would you feel about performing on the main stage tonight?" Pete asked her.

"What?!" Parker asked encredulously

"Well, the band that was supposed to play first, canceled. The lead singer has the flu, and Mr. Jones, the man who books the bands, saw the audience reaction and he asked if you would be interested.

"Of course, I would be interested!"

"Well, that's good, because I told him that you would love to perform."

Parker ran up to Pete and threw her arms around him. "Thank you so much."

"What for?"

"For believing in me." Parker had tears in her eyes. Never before had she felt like she could really do it. She could really make it.

"Enough chatter," Jordan said pulling Parker out of her reverie. "You have a meet 'n greet to do."

"Oh, yeah! How could I forget about that," she told him with a laugh. Jordan herded her out to the front where almost everyone that had gone to the concert were waiting for autographs along with a couple reporters.

"Can we get an interview, Parker Alizabeth," one of the reporters asked.

"Sure," Parker answered.

When teh rest of the crowd saw Parker, they surged forward. "Please get back in line. We won't start until everyone is in line," Mr. Jones said through a megaphone. The crowd went back to forming a straight line. Parker sat down and someone set a handful of permanent markers in front of her.

While Parker was trying to sign the autographs, the reporter kept firing questions at her, "What is your full name?"

"Parker Alizabeth, with an 'A', Davis."

"Do you have any nicknames?"

"Park and Park Lizzie."

"How old are you?"

"20,"

"How do you feel about all this?"

After about 3 or 4 people getting away without Parker finding out their name, she turned to the reporter and asked, "Can we please continue this later? I'm not able to concentrate on the fans like I want to."

"Sure."

"You can talk with my manager, Pete, to figure out a good time."

"I'm so sorry," the reporter apologized. "I'll do that."

"Thank you." Parker turned back to the crowd and continued signing autographs.

When the last person had received an autograph and had asked the much wondered question, Parker was scooted away to the mainstage to sound check. All of her equipment had already been moved and the Hanson's were waiting to introduce her to John, Mark, Brad, and Jarrod of Admiral Twin.

"This is Parker, the girl that we were telling you about," Isaac told the Admiral Twin guys.

"Nice to meet you, "Jarrod said extending his hand.

"Yeah, we've heard a lot about you. Isaac told us that you were incredible this afternoon," John said also extending his had.

"We can't wait to hear your music," Mark said.

"Yeah," Brad echoed.

"Thank you!" Parker gushed. I'm a really big fan of yours. It is such an honor to meet you."

"Park, we've got to go sound check," Jordan said pulling her arm slightly.

"I'm going to go watch," Isaac told his brothers.

Parker put on her headset mic and stepped onto the stage from the back. Her keyboard had been set up and it was exactly where she liked it. She smiled to herself. Jordan knew her so well.

Parker stepped up to the keyboard and began playing as Jordan went to the controls and began to talk with the sound man. Pretty soon, Jordan gave her teh 'o.k.' sign that meant she could begin singing. She began singing and at the same tiem told Jordand through hand signals taht she needed her voice to come up in the monitor and she needed the piano down a little. When her monitor levels were set, Jordan began working on her levels in the main speakers. She couldn't hear how it sounded, so the sound engineers would set those levels.

Isaac sat on the front row during the sound check. He couldn't believe how wonderful she sounded and looked. He had never met a girl like her. Not only was she beautiful, but she was teh sweetest person he had ever met as well. he felt so fortunate to have met her.

When her sound check had ended, she went back stage and Admiral Twin came out to do their sound check. Taylor and Zac met her backstage along with the reporter from earlier. She glanced at Taylor and Zac, but went to finish the interview. She had really wanted to talk to them and Isaac, but this reporter's words could ultimately help her in her search for a record deal.

The interveiw was pretty standard and there were not too many other questions than the ones that Parker had already answered. They had a nice conversation and the cameraperson that was there took some pictures and soon they were both gone.

Jordan looked at her with an air of excitemetn. "I was just told that tonight's concert will be video taped and parts of it shown on the news tonight. I called my parents to have them tape it, so we will have a copy."

"Wow! This is becoming a huge deal. It's almost overwhelming."

"Tell me about it!" Jordan said with a laugh.

Parker, the dancers, Susan, Pete, and Jordan sat down for a quick bite to eat from the food booths located around the fair site. Pete had gone to get the food. Parker and the dancers ate quickly and then went through their warmup exercises. Before she knew it, she was onstage relishing in the crowd's screaming and the adrenaline rush of being onstage.
