When Hanson finished their last encore, Parker left to go backstage. She had snuck out and stayed in the sound booth to watch. Isaac had told her that "Tulsa Time," would be their final encore, so at the very end of that song, she headed backstage to meet the guys.

"We need to go home to take showers, but we were wondering if you might like to do something tonight," Isaac asked Parker and Susan.

"Sure," Parker said. "Why don't you guys come over to our apartment after you shower and stuff?"

"Sounds good to us. We'll be there in about an hour." Parker gave the boys directions to her apartment and once everything was packed up, they left.

Pete drove everyone back to the studio, helped Parker load her keyboard, keyboard stand and the rest of her equipment into er car and she and Susan drove home. "I need to take a shower. Can you go get some stuff to eat and drink while I'm doing that?"

"Sure," Susan replied.

"I'm just going to leave my keyboard in the car until the guys get here. I'll see if Isaac will help me bring it in."

They pulled into the parking lot of their apartment complex. Parker got out of the car with the video equipment and Susan went and got into her car for the drive to the grocery store. Parker went into the apartment and quickly got out of her clothes and into the shower. She really sweat onstage and even her clothes were damp. She scrubbed her body, washed and conditioned her hair and shaved her legs.

She got out of the shower and reapplied her make-up, then tackled her hair. She pulled a hair pic through her long locks and when all the tangles wer out, she applied mousse and then blew it dry for just a few minutes. Once that was done, she got dressed in a baby tee and a pair of shorts and put socks on her feet. She applied a little perfume to her wrists and neck. By the time she was finished getting ready, Susan had just barely gotten home and there was a knock on the door.

Parker went to answer the door. Isaac, Taylor and Zac were waiting patiently for her to answer. She could tell they had showered because all three of them had wet hair and they smelled strongly of soap.

"Hey," Isaac said as Parker stepped out of the way to let them in. "My lands, she looks good!" Isaac thought. "She smells good too."

"He is so gorgeous!" Parker thought to herself. "Come on in," she said to the guys. "We went and got stuff to eat, so make yourself at home. We have chips and cookies and soda to drink. Susan and I were thinking that we could watch a movie or something.

"Sure, that sounds great!" Zac said enthusiastically. "Do you have the movie, 'Volcano'?"

"We do," Parker said with a nod. "Do you want to watch that?"

"That's fine with me," Taylor responded.

"Sounds great," Isaac echoed his brother.

Zac just nodded vigorously.

"Don't give yourself a headache," Taylor said to Zac giving him a wink and a playful shove.

"O.K.," Parker said with a laugh. All five of them got their food and drinks and sat down in the living room to watch. Zac and Taylor laid down on the floor and pretty soon Susan joined them lying down next to Taylor. By the middle of the movie, Susan and Taylor were asleep and Zac was headed that way, his eyelids getting heavier and heavier.

Sitting on the sofa, Isaac was all too aware of the beautiful girl sitting next to him. He wanted to talk to her, find out about her family, her likes and dislikes, but he didn't know how to get started. "So...uh...you know a lot about me, so tell me about you," Isaac asker her.

"Well, I come from a large family. I am the 3rd child out of 7. Susan is my cousin, but most people think that we are sisters, twins even. Sometimes we just let them believe that. It's easier, less questions that way," she laughed lightly.

"That's what I though at first," Isaac confessed. By talking to her and having her talk to him, he began to lose his nervousness. "So, do you have a boyfriend, or are you seeing anyone?"

"No, to both questions. It's not that I don't want a boyfriend, it's just that boys don't see me that way," Parker confessed.

"Well, I think those guys are stupid," Isaac told her. "I think you are very beautiful. The way you told that reporter that the fans came first, showed me that you are incredibly sensitive." Isaac was getting bolder by the minute. "In fact, I think you're gorgeous and the sweetest person that I have ever met."

Parker blushed a bright red at his compliment. "Thank you. I think you're pretty gorgeous yourself."

You do?"

All Parker could do was nod.

At that moment, all Isaac wanted to do was kiss her. He knew he couldn't. They had only known each other for a few hours and it wasn't at all like him to do that. Yet, he felt like he had known her for years. He wanted so badly to kiss those full red lips, but he was also nervous at the thought.

Parker looked up. She could feel him watching her. She wanted so badly to kiss him, yet she was scared that if she did, he wouldn't want to talk to her anymore. She didn't want to seem too forward. She had never before, in her life, initiated a kiss with a guy. Heck, she had only kissed one other guys in her whole life. She jumped slightly when she noticed Isaac slowly moving toward her. She closed her eyes as she felt his lips touch hers. Very slowly Isaac deepened the kiss. He began to open his mouth ever so slightly. Parker took his cue and opened hers. She jumped again as she felt his tongue enter her mouth. Isaac pulled away when she did this. "Are you o.k.?" he asked.

"Yes, it was just a bit unexpected," she confessed. "I have only kissed one other person."

"I'm sorry," Isaac apologized.

"Don't be sorry," Parker told him. "I really liked it."

"You did?"

Parker nodded.

With this encouragement from her, Isaac leaned toward her to kiss her again. As soon as their lips touched, Isaac slowly opened his mouth and began to put his tongue in her mouth.

Parker closed her eyes and relished the feel of him next to her and his lips on hers. She let a small moan escape her and Isaac took that as encouragement to deepen the kiss.

Parker put her arms around him and Isaac did the same. Both of them were careful to watch where their hands went. Isaac reached up and touched her face as he pulled away. "You are so beautiful," he told her.

Parker looked down. Slightly embarrassed by the attention and Isaac put his hand under her chin to draw her gaze upward. He gave her a peck on the lips. "you are...," another peck, "the most...," another peck, "beautiful girl...," another peck, "I have ever met...." After the last comment came a long, lingering kiss. Parker slid her tongue into Issac's mouth, teasing his tongue with hers ever so slightly. This time Isaac was the one to let a moan escape.

Parker began to realize the effect she was having on him and became even bolder still. She opened her mouth slightly wider and put her tongue in a little farther. Isaac was running his hands through her long brown hair. It felt so good! She had never before felt this comfortable with someone.

All at once, parker began to feel sefl-conscious. She knew the effect she had had on him and she knew that he thoroughly enjoyed it, but she couldn't help the thoughts running through her head. She pulled away from him, got up and went over to the sliding glass door. There was a fairly large balcony outside her apartment and Parker headed out there. Isaac followed.

"Are you all right?" he asked concern softening his voice. "Did I do something wrong?"

"No, you didn't do anything wrong," she assured him. "In fact, you did everything right. I'm the one that did everything wrong."

"What do you mean by that? You didn't do anything wrong."

Parker was standing with her back to the door, facing away from him. She wanted so bad to turn and study his face. She knew that with one look of his gorgeous features and beautiful brown eyes, she would be able to tell whether or not he was as interested in her as she was in him. But she couldn't bring herself to turn around.

She felt Isaac come up behind her and his arms encircled her waist. "I don't regret what just happened, if that's what you're thinking," he reassured her. That was definitely one thing that she was afraid of. Isaac went over and sat on a lounge chair that was on the deck. "Come sit with me," he said patting the seat. She didn't move. "Please," he said again. This time, she just turned around and looked at him. "Please, I want to hold you." She went over to him and sat down between his legs, on the lounge chair, putting her head on his chest. She could feel the rise and fall of his chest as he took each breath and she could hear his heartbeat. His breathing increased slightly and so did his heartbeat when she sat down.

Isaac was so nervous that his palms were sweaty, but he knew that she was more nervous than he was, so he forged ahead. He put his arms around her and she intertwined her fingers with his. "What's going on in that head of yours?" he inquired.

"I'm scared," she admitted.

"Scared of what? Scared of me? You don't need to be scared of me.

"Scared that I'm not good enough, too fat, too ugly."

"What do you mean, 'not good enough'? You are plenty good enough. I'm the one who's not good enough. As for being fat and ugly, you couldn't be fat if your life depended on it and I think you are the most beautiful woman I have ever met."

She say up and turned to look at him. "Really?"

He was a little shocked that she was insecure. He didn't think she was the type to get insecure. She sure didn't seem insecure about her music, maybe it was just about other things. "Really," he stated. He grasped her hair behind her head in sort of a makeshift pony tail and pulled her down for a kiss. When their lips met, every ounce of feeling inside her exploded. She felt herself losing control of all judgement and painfully tried to keep that in check.

She was trying to kiss him at a funny angle, so she turned herself over so that now, she was laying on top of him. He groaned slightly when he felt her move. They each opened their mouthgs to deepen the kiss and let their tongues lightly explore the other person's mouth. It was the lightest, most sensual kiss Parker had ever experienced. Either Isaac was well rehearsed in the fine art of kissing or they brought out the best in each other. Parker let a small, almost inaudible sigh escape her lips and pulled away slowly.

"Woah!" was all Isaac could mutter. That was the most erotic thing he had ever experienced in his life.

Parker looked away shyly and started to get out of the chair, but Isaac kept his arms tightly around her. "Please don't go." She didn't answer him or make any other move to get up, but she wouldn't look at him either. "What's wrong?"

"I was just thinking that you've probably done that and more with hundreds of other girls."

Isaac smiled. "Hardly, the only other girl that I've ever kissed was when I was about 10. We went to see '101 Dalmations' and I kissed her. She ran home crying and told her mom. I was grounded from TV for a week. Believe you me, when you get punishment like that for kissing, you think twice about a repeat performance."

Parker couldn't help but laugh. He was just as inexperienced as she was. That made her feel a lot better. She buried her head in his chest and laughed and laughed. "I'm glad that you find my inexperience funny."

"Actually, I find it extremely desireable," she told him bringing her lips up to meet his in a kiss more passionate than before.

After a few minutes Isaac dragged his lips off of hers. "I think we need to stop," he cautioned her.

"I think you're right. If we keep this up much longer, I'll make you stay." She knew that with Isaac, at least here tonight, her resolve to stay pure until marriage was quickly melting.

"I'll get the boys up. Do you want to go out with me tomorrow night?"

"Sure!"

"Since it's Sunday night, we'll just do dinner or something."

"Sounds good."

"What's your favorite restaurant?" he inquired.

"The Olive Garden."

"How about we go there for dinner and then go take a walk or a movie or something?"

"Ok."

"I'll pick you up about 5:30."

Parker nodded.

When they went back into the livingroom, Taylor and Susan were sitting on the sofa. They looked up from the movie. "Where did you two go?" Taylor inquired of the couple.

"Oh, just out to the balcony to talk," Parker muttered.

Taylor winked at Isaac and Isaac glared at him. Taylor knew what that glare meant, it meant 'it's none of your business.' He was happy for his brother. He knew that Isaac had amired her from afar ever since seeing her picture in Pete's office. "It's time to go, Tay."

"O.K.," Taylor agreed. "It is getting late."

"Zac...Zac," Isaac said shaking him. "Come on, little man, time to get up. We need to go home." NOrmally, he might have shaken Zac violently, or poured water on him or something, but poor Zac was out like a light and Isaac didn't want to totally scare him to death. Taylor helped Zac out, who was still a little groggy.

"Will he be o.k.?" Parker asked.

"Yeah. He'll probably fall right to sleep once he gets in the car and Tay and I will help him into bed when we get home. Once he gets to sleep, there's no waking him up."

Parker giggled. One of her younger brothers was like that. Isaac looked longingly into her dark brown eyes. "I guess I'll see you tomorrow," he said. He bent over and touched his lips to hers. He inserted his tongue into her mouth for just a moment before she pulled away.

"Go, before we have to make your poor brothers sleep in the car for the night."

He smiled and gently kissed her lips again before turning on his heel and heading to his car. Parker shut the door after watching him drive off and leaned against the door with a very satisfied grin on her face.
