Ayakashi means 'doubtful', or something like that. In Japan, they were the four doubtful sisters. There was Cooan, Karaberas, Petz, and Beruche. They all took orders from Rubius.

Beruche

Beruche was the second youngest of the four sisters. Her powers were over dark waters, or dark ice, whichever one,  and closely resembled Sailormercury (in abilities and powers, mind you).  She repented (was the second of the sisters to do so) of her bad deeds with the help of Cooan and Sailormercury. She was also good at chess.

Cooan

Cooan was the youngest of them all. Her powers were over dark fire, and resembled Sailormars in her powers. After Rubius left her, she repented with the help of Sailormars. She (as well as her three other sisters) was very vain. She was the first to repent.

Karaberas

Karaberas was the second oldest of the sisters. She used a whip as a weapon, and didn't have any 'special' powers. She made up for her lack in magic powers with her skill at using the whip. She was vain and self absorbed (of course; she was a villain). She was the third of the girls to repent, with the persuasion of Cooan, Beruche, the Senshi, and Petz turning on her.

Petz

Petz was obviously the most ambitious of them all. She was the oldest of the sisters, and used dark lightning as her powers, like Sailorjupiter's lightning. The Wiseman created a powerful strobe, of which Rubius gave to Petz. It increased her strength and powers tenfold. But Rubius was dissatisfied with Petz, saying that she wasn't quick enough to destroy the Senshi. With Rubius' departure, and the persuasion of her sisters and the Senshi, she repented of her wrongdoing and was healed by Sailormoon (well, all of them were healed after repenting).
