Tell us about your position in the Senshi.
"Well, I am the true leader of the Outer Senshi. I cannot exactly say that I am the most powerful, though--after all, Sailorsaturn can destroy the world with her Silence Glaive."
What about your past in the Silver Milennium? Do you care to tell us what you remember about that period in time?
"Well, all this talk about my having a brother who was in love with Michiru--the 'Prince Uranus' story--is all false. I'm sure the readers know the scenario there. Strange thing is, I don't even remember most of the details concerning the story. What I can tell you is that we Outer Senshi guarded the outer perimeters of the kingdom while the Inner Senshi guarded the royal family."
How did you meet Michiru?
"A fellow schoolmate Elza Grey introduced us. We raced track together, and I defeated her. Michiru revealed her identity as Sailorneptune just as I was receiving my henshin pen. I was being attacked by this daimon--she transformed into Sailorneptune. She was fantastic against the daimon--then she got hurt by it very badly. In the end, she destroyed it with her Deep Submerge attack. After a while, I moved into an apartment with her."
What to your powers deal with?
"The heavens."
What does your name, Haruka Ten'ou mean?
"It means 'Distant Heaven King'."

Powers

Uranus Planet Power, make up: Her transformation into Sailoruranus. She draws a circle in the ground with her wand. Orange energy sprouts from the circle, engulfing Haruka and forming her suit.
Uranus Crystal Power, make up: Her transformation into Super Sailoruranus.
World Shaking: A light forms at her fingertip. Uranus grips the light and it turns into an energy ball with a ring around it. She then throws it into the ground, causing the ground underneath the opponent shake violently.
Space Sword Blaster: She attacks with her talisman sword. Looks kinda like World Shaking, only a slice of light cuts through the air and hits the opponent.

Personality

    Haruka goes to Mugen Gakuen High School. She appears to be very sure of herself, and tends to be very good at everything she does, much like her comerade Michiru. However, what she likes to do most is race. She can quite often be found racing on her motorcycle or driving around in a car, even though she is under age. Haruka loves a good challenge, and you'd think Makoto would be jealous because Haruka is a pretty tough girl. But Makoto actually admires Haruka.
    She also acts very much like a boy and usually dresses in boys clothes. This creates some confusion in the beginning as many of the Inner Senshi believed she was a boy to the point that Usagi and Minako actually liked her. Of course they found out later she wasn't a guy, but a girl.
    As for the rest of the senshi, she finds the inner senshi "cute" and is sometimes is seen in the company of Setsuna (Pluto), but she is most often with Michiru (Neptune). Haruka and Michiru seem inseperable and they are lesbian lovers.
