"Uh, drawing and annoying Usagi. I still love Usagi. She's just annoying sometimes."

Personality and History

    Chibi-usa first appears in Sailormoon by falling out of the sky and landing on Usagi's head. She comes from 30th century Tokyo; the city will be known as Crystal Tokyo by then. She traveled back in time to search for the Silver Imperium Crystal (or that long Japanese word that I can't spell) so that she could save her mother, who is Neo-Queen Serenity.
    While in the past with her then teenage mother, the Wiseman gets a hold of her and turns her into the Black Lady. "Actually, I stole Usagi's compact because I needed the ginzuishou. Then the Wiseman got a hold of me, brainwashed me by leading me to believe that nobody loved me and I was all alone in the world, and was transformed into the Black Lady." Chibi-usa looks like an adult version of herself, and uses Luna-P against the Senshi.
    "I really looked good as the Black Lady. I'm happy that I'll grow up to be pretty." Chibi-usa says, spinning Luna-P on her finger..
    Sailormoon eventually reverses the brainwashing in the final battle, and Chibi-usa and Princess Serenity kill the Wiseman. Then Chibi-usa goes back to the future to be reunited with her mother.
    Chibi-usa is sent back to the past to train with the Senshi. She would be the senshi of the new moon, and as a senshi-in-training, was called Sailor Chibi-moon.
    Chibi-usa goes to Minato-ku Juuban Elementary School with Hotaru (Saturn) who happens to be one of Chibi-usa's good friends. Setsuna is also found of Chibi-usa and calls her "small lady". "I love Setsuna. She was the one who spoke to me in the Luna-P when I was on my mission to obtain the ginzuishou." she says fondly. All the other senshi like her as well although Usagi gets irritated by her sometimes.

Special Powers

Luna Ball Magic: while bouncing Luna-P, Luna-P tranforms into some other object that is used against an opponent.
Moon Prism Power, make up: her transformation into Sailor Chibi-moon.
Moon Crisis, make up: her transformation into Super Sailor Chibi-moon.
Pink Sugar Heart Attack: using her rod, she attacks with a stream of little pink hearts
Twinkle Yell: Super Sailor Chibi-moon's attack.
