Blend one cup of love and one half cup of kindness,
          add alternately in small portions
          one cup of appreciation and
          three cups of pleasant companionship
          into which has been sifted
          three teaspoons of deserving praise.
          Flavor with one teaspoon of
          carefully chosen advice.
Lightly fold in one cup of cheerfulness
to which has been added a pinch of sorrow.
Pour with tender care into small clean hearts
and let bake until well matured.
Turn out on the surface of society.
          Humbly invoke God's blessing
and it will serve all mankind.

          Preparation Time:

          Recipe Ingredients
          1 LB. ground beef
1 pkg. of DRY Italian dressing mix
          1 egg
          1/2 cup of bread crumbs

          Recipe Directions
          Mix.
My family loves "Eyeballs" as my 2 yr. old call them.
Frying them in a pan was FAR to much clean up for me, so my HUSBAND came up with this and It works GREAT!

Take a regular cooking sheet..place a cooling rack on it like the kind you put cookies and breads on to cool.
Place you meatballs on the rack and BAKE them at 350 degrees for 25 -30 min.
The fat/grease drips off of them and collects on the cookie sheet, and
they don't 'soak" it up :)
