Starting in the month of April, we studied living organisms in science. As part of that science unit we studied seeds and planted them to see how different seeds grow into different plants. We read books on plants, seeds, flowers, fruit, and vegetables to learn what we would see as our seeds grew. After our plants grew we took them home to plant in the ground. We also made flower pots for our moms for Mother's Day so that we could plant more seeds at home.
