A Nanbug is like a Mudbug!
You DO know what a mudbug is, don't you???
Just in case you don't, it's a succulent delicacy, delightfully seasoned, with a pinchable tail that conceals the delicious meat within.
A NANBUG is just like that little ole mudbug
...only BETTER!! *grin*

Seriously though, mudbugs (crawfish) have been a part of the wonderful food and traditions of the Cajuns of South Louisiana for generations, and since I've lived deep in de bayous of Cajun country, I wanted to use this page to share some Cajun stuff with you.

First, all y'all need to learn some of the language, so check out The Cajun Dictionary before ya do anything.
