Super Sailor Jupiter calls upon the power for this attack by touching her oak wreath. Her tiara jewel then starts to glow a bright blue, as she raises her arms over her head, spinning like a figure skater. Oak leaves fly around he head, and are flung outward as glowing balls of energy as she spins.

This attack is used to damage and/or weaken her target.
