Carol Jean McClellan was born April 6, 1950 in Beltrami County, MN, the daughter of Ralph McClellan and Cheryl Knox. She was the first of twins. She moved with the family to Vancouver Washington in 1957 and married William Macy; April 29, 1965, and they had two children.
