Alva Lord was the eldest daughter to Ira Lord and Francis Armenia (Northup) She married George Williams and took over Silver Spray, when her parents moved to Aberdeen, South Dakota. They had Ruby, Lucille, Darwin, Harold , and Floyd, who ran a tavern on Lincoln Street in Fergus, the Lincoln Inn.
