Etta Belle Northup was born the child of William Jr and Ida Emma (Miller) Northup on 7 Dec 1898. She married William Wilson Dulaney on 27 Aug 1924 and died 11 Jan 1988. Her children are still living, and they have chosen not to disclose further information to the public.
