Julia Mytrle Northup was born on Jan 14, 1872 the 3rd of four children to Francis and Julia Northup. Julia Northup married John Christianson who died in 1895 of typhoid fever. Her second marriage was to Parker Metcalf (1869-1944). There children were Elsie, Kenneth, Leon, Irene, Sadie and Fern.
