Copying Playstation Games with CDRWIN

from Goldenhawk

The Golden Hawk tools cost $65.00 to register, and will not allow you to burn CDs until you register. Demo and registered versions are available from the download page. The demo versions will do everything but allow you to actually burn the CD. The registered versions require an unlock code to allow the program to function properly.

Through the years, crackers from many different groups have tried to keep up with the ever-changing registration scheme used in the Golden Hawk tools, allowing full use of the program without paying.

Within the last year, the package has been re-programmed to anticipate these illegal unlock codes. The program will appear to accept a code, valid or invalid, but will burn bad CDs if an illegal code is entered. For this reason, it is very important to understand that if an unlock code is released by crackers for only a certain version of the Golden Hawk tools, it must only be used on that version unless otherwise noted.

I do recommend you register the software. Without your support, the Golden Hawk team will be unable to continue providing us with the tools needed to make proper backups of our games.
