WHAT IS QUIZ??? Quiz is yet another great way to get involved in Pony Club. Quiz is a series of tests performed by pony club members, to determine how much they know and have learned about horses. There are three parts to Quiz: the written test, which asks questions about anything horse-related, such as riding, veterinary, grooming and care of the horse, conformation, breeds, colours, tack, horsey terms, etc.. The second part is a visual test, in which horse-related items, tack, etc. are laid out on a table and members must name the objects. The last part of the Quiz is the Oral part, in which the Quiz team is asked questions by an examiner, given time to discuss ideas amongst themselves, and then required to answer the question orally for points. At Quiz, there are also projects done by pony club members, and quiz stations, which are a bunch of horsey games set up for everyone to enjoy. In short, Quiz is a really fun way to learn more about our equine friends.
