    *John King was born was born 1547, baptized on 18 November 1547 in Co. Worcestershire, England, baptized on the son of *John King and *Margaret Palmer/Pawlmer. He married *Margaret Roach. Margaret was born 1549, Co. Essex, England, the daughter of *Thomas Roach and *Rebecca ____. John died 1574 and Margaret died 1574. Their children were:

    William King was born was born 24 December 1565 in Shropshire, Co. Norfolk, England, the son of *John King and *Margaret Roach. He married *Ann Bowdiedge. Ann was born 18 May 1579, Co. Dorset, England, the daughter of *John Bowdiege and *Ann Reynolds. William died 08 May 1625 and Ann died 04 February 1625, both in Co. Dorset, England. Their children were:

     c.  Francis Ball, b: 1619, Co. Norfolk, England, married Abigail Burt. Abigail b: 1623, Co. WIltshire, England, the daughter of Henry Burt and Eulalia Marche. Francis d: 1648, Hampden Co., MA. Abigail married two more times. Their children: Samuel and Jonathan Ball.

     d.  John Ball, b: 1620, Co. Norfolk, England, married twice. He married firstly to Elizabeth Pierce. Elizabeth b: 1624 and baptized on 11 Apr 1624, Co. Norwich, England, the daughter of John Pierce and Elizabeth Trull. They immigrated to Massachusetts. Elizabeth d: 01 Nov 1665 and is buried in the Worcester Rural Cemetery, Worcester, Worcester Co., Massachusetts (findagrave). Children: John, Mary, Sarah, Esther and Abigail Ball. John married secondly to Elizabeth Fox on 03 Oct 1665, Concord, Middlesex Co., MA. Elizabeth b: 18 Jul 1641, MA, the daughter of Thomas Fox and Rebecca Wheate.     *William King was born was born 1595 in Sherbourne, Co. Warwickshire, England, married *Dorothy Haynes . Dorothy was born 20 August 1593, Sherbourne, Co. Warwickshire, England, the daughter of *John Haynes and *Alice Lambert. Their family at the time left England and sailed to the America's, making their home in Salem, Essex Co., Massachusetts. William became a freeman on 25 March 1636 (North America Family Histories). William died in 1649, Salem, Essex Co., Massachusetts. Dorothy migrated to Southold, Suffolk Co., Long Island, New York and died there in 1684. Their children were:

1.  Mary King, born 1623, Sherbourne, Co. Warwickshire, England, married John Scudder. John born 1616, Co. Kent, baptized 17 October 1618, Trotterscliffe, Co. Kent, England, the son of Thomas Scudder and Elizabeth Somers. 2.  Katherine King, born 1626, Sherbourne, Co. Warwickshire, England, married John Swayze. John born 1619, Sherbourne, Co. Warwickshire, England, the son of John Swayze. Katherine dand John died in Suffolk Co., Long Island, New York, but I have seen on many sites state that the couple died on the same day. Does anyone know? Their children were:

Hannah b: 30 Apr 1671, Fairfield Co., CT, the daughter of Joseph Beardsley and Phoebe Dayton. Samuel d: 19 Nov 1736 and Hannah d: 02 Feb 1743. Children: John, Mathias, Susannah, Mary, Samuel and Elizabeth Swayze.

     e.  Abigail Swayze, b: 24 Nov 1658, Southold, Suffolk Co., Long Island, NY, married John Hallock. John b: 1658, Suffolk Co., Long Island, NY, the son of William Hallock and Margaret Howell. Abigail d: 23 Jan 1747 and John d: 25 May 1737. They are buried in the Caroline Churchyard, Setauket, Suffolk Co., Long Island, NY (findagrave). Children: John, Margaret, Catherine, Anna, Sarah, Prudence, Abigail, Peter, William, Mary, Clemence and Benjamin Hallock.

3.  William King, born 1628, Sherbourne, Co. Warwickshire, England, married Katherine Shaflin. Katherine born 1627/28, baptized on 15 March 1628, St. Thomas, Salisbury, Co. Wiltshire, England, the daughter of Michael Shaflin and Elizabeth Banks. William died on 25 November 1684 and Katherine died 17 December 1718.

4.  Hannah King, born 1629, Sherbourne, Co. Warwickshire, England, married Richard Brown. Richard born 1629, Co. Northamptonshire, England, the son of Thomas Brown and Hannah Hawks. Hannah died 26 January 1698 and Richard died 11 February1687. They are buried in the Old Burying Ground, First Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Southold, Suffolk Co., Long Island, New York (findagrave). 5.  Samuel King, born 1633, Salem, Essex Co., Massachusetts, married Frances Ludlam on 10 October 1560. Frances born 11 September 1638, Co. Derbyshire, England, the daughter of William Ludlam and Clemence Fordham. Samuel died 29 November 1721 and Frances died 14 January 1692. They are buried in the Browns Hill Burying Ground, Orient, Suffolk Co., Long Island, New York (findagrave). Their children were:

7.  John King, born 11 Sep 1638, Salem, Essex Co., Massachusetts, married Elizabeth Goldthwait on 01 September 1660, Salem, Essex Co., Massachusetts Elizabeth born 20 September 1642, Salem, Essex Co., Massachusetts, the daughter of Thomas Goldthwait, John died 1717 and Elizabeth died 31 December 1718, both in Salem, Essex Co., Massachusetts.
