The newspaper is a combination of the Shenandoah Herald, and the Shenandoah Valley.
The office is located in Woodstock, the center of Shenandoah County, on North Main Street, across the street from First Virginia Bank.
The Shenandoah Valley-Herald covers the towns of Strasburg, Toms Brook, Maurertown, Woodstock, Edinburg, Mount Jackson, New Market, Basye, and Orkney Springs. Not to mention a bunch of other little townships in the county.
