STEP 5: Sign Licensing Agreement

Virtualis Systems requires that each Server User abide by the following:

Your Server shall not violate our "no adult content" policy found at http://www.virtualisys.com/policies/adult.html

Your Server shall not be used for any practice deemed illegal by the laws of the State of California or the US Federal Government.

Your Server shall not be used to store or disseminate material of a threatening or slanderous nature.

In fairness to other virtual server users, exceptionally busy sites using over 1 gigabyte of data transfer per day, must be moved to a dedicated server. See options above.

Unless you have an existing domain name, the InterNIC will bill you separately $70 for the first two years for domain registration.

The use, damage resulting from use, and licensing of, any software, be it Shareware, Commercial, or Freeware is the sole responsibility of you, the Server Account Holder.

I agree to the terms set forth in the Virtualis Systems Inc. TAC Contract including but not limited to agreeing not to use my server for bulk-email/spamming/mail bombing. Furthermore, I understand that Virtualis Systems reserves the right to deactivate any Server Account, if the account is in violation of any of the terms and conditions at http://www.virtualisys.com/policies/tac.html

Your first invoice will arrive to you via e-mail, at the address specified in Step 1, within 10 minutes. If you do not receive your invoice, please contact your Virtualis representative. The InterNIC bills you separately for the ownership of your domain name. The cost is $70 for the first 2 years and $35 each year thereafter. Unless you have chosen a foreign extension, Virtualis will register your domain for you, once payment has been received. As you may cancel your server at any time, no refunds are given, due to setup time and cost.
